EXTRA! EXTRA!

It finally snowed in Saranac Lake! We have been getting a lot of skiing in to make up for the slow start to our winter. Griffin is in a youth ski league at Dewey Mountain and Ruby and Mama tag along with the group. Ruby is a natural on skis, she make long exaggerated strides and loves to go down hills. Griffins skiing has improved so much and as you can see, he has his own way of going down hills which made the front cover of the local news paper.

Little Kittys

We found two little kittys in the snow yesterday. I think we will keep them.

The Nutcracker Ballet

We all got dressed up and went to the Nutcracker Ballet during our Thanksgiving vacation. Griffins favorite part was when the warrior fought the Chinese Dragon and Rubys favorite part was when the children ran out from under Grandma Ginger's dress. It was great to see the kids all dressed up with some place to go. Thanks for getting us the tickets Grandma Shelia.

Thanksgiving Vacation

We had a great Thanksgiving vacation with Grandma Shelia, Grandpa Ed, & Auntie Erika in Buffalo. We all ate too much yummy turkey dinner, well most of us. Ruby was just too tired to make it. We had great weather and took advantage of it with multiple trips to the shores of Lake Erie.
We also had fun but too short of a visit with the Sipos side of our family.
it was great to see all of their smiling faces.

Ruby spent a long time painting this picture of water. She was very proud and could not wait to show mama.

 

Trick or Treat!

Griffin was "army" and Ruby was a princess. They got lots of treats and played only a few tricks.

First Snow

We had our first snow on October 14. The kids wasted no time getting on there winter gear. There was a lot of snow eating and snowball throwing.
